\nindependent third-party wellness providers (“Partner Locations”). Partner Locations are
\nindependently owned and operated by entities who are not employees, agents, or representatives
\nof Mind And Body Retreat SRL.
\n2.3 When you submit a booking request for a Partner Location through this Website, Mind And
\nBody Retreat SRL acts solely as a booking facilitator. We transmit your request to the
\nrelevant Partner Location on your behalf. We do not manage, supervise, control, or participate in
\nthe delivery of services at Partner Locations.
\n2.4 Mind And Body Retreat SRL assumes no responsibility or liability of any kind \u2014 including
\nbut not limited to service quality, therapist conduct, safety standards, cancellation policies, or
\npricing \u2014 in connection with any Partner Location. The inclusion of a Partner Location on this
\nWebsite does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty by Mind And Body Retreat

\n2.5 Any concerns, disputes, claims, or requests for refunds relating to services at a Partner
\nLocation must be addressed directly and exclusively with that Partner Location.
\n2.6 Partner Locations listed on this Website may have their own terms and conditions, which will
\ngovern your relationship with them. We recommend reviewing a Partner Location’s own policies
\nbefore making a booking.<\/p>\n
\n3.1 Submitting an appointment request through the Website or any other channel does not
\nconstitute a confirmed appointment. The online form records your preferences only.
\n3.2 An appointment is considered confirmed only after explicit confirmation via email, SMS,
\nWhatsApp, or telephone by a Mind And Body Retreat SRL operator (for Our Location) or by the
\nrespective Partner Location (for Partner Locations). If contact details have not been provided by
\nthe client, appointment confirmation cannot be recorded.
\n3.3 Appointment requests may be submitted at any time, subject to available slots visible on
\nananya.ro.
\n3.4 Confirmation of the appointment, including the confirmed location, therapist (where
\napplicable), and service, will be communicated to your registered email address and\/or phone
\nnumber.<\/p>\n
\nprocess payments for appointment reservations.
\n4.2 All payments for services at Our Location (Ananya Yoga and Massage) are made on-site,
\nbefore or after the service, by cash, bank card, or bank transfer. Bank card payments are
\nprocessed by an external payment processor with no direct affiliation with Mind And Body
\nRetreat SRL.
\n4.3 For Partner Locations, payment terms, accepted methods, and pricing are determined
\nexclusively by the respective partner. Mind And Body Retreat SRL has no involvement in, or
\nresponsibility for, any payment transactions made at Partner Locations.
\n4.4 Where a client has separately arranged an advance payment at Our Location (e.g., in-person
\nprepayment or bank transfer following a confirmed appointment):
\n\uf0b7 In case of cancellation with at least 24 hours’ notice, the client may opt for a personalized
\nvoucher valid for the period communicated at the time of issuance.
\n\uf0b7 In case of no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, the advance payment
\nwill not be refunded.<\/p>\n
\n5.1 A gift card is a document with an assigned monetary value redeemable for services at
\nAnanya Yoga and Massage. Gift cards are not valid at Partner Locations unless explicitly stated
\nat the time of purchase.
\n5.2 Gift cards are available in various values and must be paid for in full in advance.
\n5.3 Gift cards are personal and non-transferable to another person.
\n5.4 Gift cards may be purchased directly at the reception of Ananya Yoga and Massage or
\nordered online. For digital delivery, please note that delays may occur due to technical issues
\nbeyond our control. If you have not received your card within the stated timeframe, please also
\ncheck your Spam\/Junk folder before contacting us via the details on ananya.ro.
\n5.5 Payment for gift cards may be made by bank transfer, in person at Our Location, or via a
\npayment link issued by a consultant.
\n5.6 The validity period of each gift card is communicated to the purchaser at the time of purchase
\nand confirmed in the gift card document itself. Validity periods vary depending on the value and
\ntype of gift card selected. Once the stated validity period expires, the gift card can no longer be
\nredeemed, and no extension or cash refund will be granted for unused value after expiry.<\/p>\n
\npurchaser’s bank account, provided the card has not been used for any service session. After this
\nperiod, or if any session has been redeemed, the gift card value is non-refundable in cash.
\n5.8 The recipient of a gift voucher may not exchange the voucher value for cash.<\/p>\n
\n6.1 Subscriptions represent a pre-paid package of multiple predefined services at Our Location.
\n6.2 Subscriptions are available in various values and must be paid for in full in advance.
\n6.3 Subscriptions are personal; they may be transferred on a one-time basis to a single other
\nperson.
\n6.4 The validity period of each subscription is communicated to the client at the time of purchase
\nand confirmed in the subscription documentation. Validity periods vary depending on the value
\nand type of subscription selected. Sessions not used within the validity period will expire without
\nthe right to a refund or extension.
\n6.5 Subscriptions may be fully refunded at the client’s request within 14 calendar days of
\npurchase, provided no session of the subscription has been used.
\n6.6 Once one or more sessions have been consumed, the subscription value may not be refunded
\nin cash. If the client can no longer use the remaining sessions, they may opt for:
\n\uf0b7 A personalized voucher for the remaining value, valid for the period communicated at the
\ntime of issuance; or
\n\uf0b7 Rescheduling of sessions by mutual agreement.
\nThe remaining value will be calculated by deducting the full (non-discounted) price of sessions
\nalready used from the total subscription purchase price.
\n6.7 Clients who do not attend a scheduled session, or cancel less than 12 hours before the
\nappointment, will be deemed to have forfeited that session without the right to a replacement or
\nrefund.<\/p>\n
\n7.1 Mind And Body Retreat SRL does not provide sexual services or services with sexual
\nconnotations. All massages and therapies offered \u2014 online and in-salon \u2014 are strictly
\ntherapeutic or holistic in nature.<\/p>\n
\nbe tolerated and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
\n7.3 The client agrees to pay the full cost of services received, without dispute, upon completion.
\n7.4 The client agrees to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment. If the client
\nis more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled. Any advance payment in such a
\ncase will not be refunded, as the appointment slot and resources will have been prepared
\nexclusively for that client.
\n7.5 Each appointment involves dedicated preparation of the treatment room and scheduling of
\ntherapist time. Late cancellations and no-shows affect other clients and result in operational
\nlosses for the salon.
\n7.6 Clients who cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice or fail to appear without prior
\nnotification will be required to make a 50% advance payment for their next booking at Our
\nLocation.
\n7.7 The client agrees to communicate any suggestions, ambiguities, or dissatisfaction to
\nwellness@ananya.ro or directly to salon management. We value constructive feedback within the
\nbounds of respectful and professional conduct.<\/p>\n
\n8.1 All promotions on www.ananya.ro may be cancelled or modified without prior notice. For
\ncurrent promotions, please visit the Offers section of the Website.
\n8.2 Each promotion has a stated validity period and may be subject to specific conditions, as
\ndescribed on the respective campaign page.

\n\uf0b7 Is in the first trimester of pregnancy;
