The following terms and conditions govern all use of the ananya.ro website and all content,
services, and products available on or through the website (collectively, “the Website”). The
Website is owned and operated by Mind And Body Retreat SRL (“we,” “us,” “our”). The
Website is offered subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all the terms and
conditions contained herein.
Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Website. By accessing or
using any part of the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not
agree, you may leave the Website.

1. Account and Website
1.1 If you create an account on the Website, you are solely responsible for maintaining the
security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
1.2 The Website is provided in its current form, without warranties. Materials on the Website are
owned by Mind And Body Retreat SRL or are licensed from third parties under free or paid
licenses.
1.3 Reproduction, copying for commercial purposes, and unauthorized distribution of materials
on www.ananya.ro is strictly prohibited and subject to Law No. 8/1996 on copyright protection.
1.4 The data and information on the Website are for informational purposes only and may be
updated or modified without prior notice.
1.5 We recommend reviewing this page regularly to stay informed of any changes. Continued
use of the Website following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Our Location and Booking Platform Role
2.1 Mind And Body Retreat SRL directly owns and operates one location trading as Ananya
Yoga and Massage (“Our Location”). All services performed at Ananya Yoga and Massage are
under the direct responsibility of Mind And Body Retreat SRL.

2.2 In addition to Our Location, the Website functions as an online booking platform for
independent third-party wellness providers (“Partner Locations”). Partner Locations are
independently owned and operated by entities who are not employees, agents, or representatives
of Mind And Body Retreat SRL.
2.3 When you submit a booking request for a Partner Location through this Website, Mind And
Body Retreat SRL acts solely as a booking facilitator. We transmit your request to the
relevant Partner Location on your behalf. We do not manage, supervise, control, or participate in
the delivery of services at Partner Locations.
2.4 Mind And Body Retreat SRL assumes no responsibility or liability of any kind — including
but not limited to service quality, therapist conduct, safety standards, cancellation policies, or
pricing — in connection with any Partner Location. The inclusion of a Partner Location on this
Website does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty by Mind And Body Retreat
SRL.
2.5 Any concerns, disputes, claims, or requests for refunds relating to services at a Partner
Location must be addressed directly and exclusively with that Partner Location.
2.6 Partner Locations listed on this Website may have their own terms and conditions, which will
govern your relationship with them. We recommend reviewing a Partner Location’s own policies
before making a booking.

3. Online Scheduling
3.1 Submitting an appointment request through the Website or any other channel does not
constitute a confirmed appointment. The online form records your preferences only.
3.2 An appointment is considered confirmed only after explicit confirmation via email, SMS,
WhatsApp, or telephone by a Mind And Body Retreat SRL operator (for Our Location) or by the
respective Partner Location (for Partner Locations). If contact details have not been provided by
the client, appointment confirmation cannot be recorded.
3.3 Appointment requests may be submitted at any time, subject to available slots visible on
ananya.ro.
3.4 Confirmation of the appointment, including the confirmed location, therapist (where
applicable), and service, will be communicated to your registered email address and/or phone
number.

4. Payment for Services

4.1 No payment is required or collected at the time of online booking. The Website does not
process payments for appointment reservations.
4.2 All payments for services at Our Location (Ananya Yoga and Massage) are made on-site,
before or after the service, by cash, bank card, or bank transfer. Bank card payments are
processed by an external payment processor with no direct affiliation with Mind And Body
Retreat SRL.
4.3 For Partner Locations, payment terms, accepted methods, and pricing are determined
exclusively by the respective partner. Mind And Body Retreat SRL has no involvement in, or
responsibility for, any payment transactions made at Partner Locations.
4.4 Where a client has separately arranged an advance payment at Our Location (e.g., in-person
prepayment or bank transfer following a confirmed appointment):
 In case of cancellation with at least 24 hours’ notice, the client may opt for a personalized
voucher valid for the period communicated at the time of issuance.
 In case of no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, the advance payment
will not be refunded.

5. Gift Cards (Gift Vouchers)
5.1 A gift card is a document with an assigned monetary value redeemable for services at
Ananya Yoga and Massage. Gift cards are not valid at Partner Locations unless explicitly stated
at the time of purchase.
5.2 Gift cards are available in various values and must be paid for in full in advance.
5.3 Gift cards are personal and non-transferable to another person.
5.4 Gift cards may be purchased directly at the reception of Ananya Yoga and Massage or
ordered online. For digital delivery, please note that delays may occur due to technical issues
beyond our control. If you have not received your card within the stated timeframe, please also
check your Spam/Junk folder before contacting us via the details on ananya.ro.
5.5 Payment for gift cards may be made by bank transfer, in person at Our Location, or via a
payment link issued by a consultant.
5.6 The validity period of each gift card is communicated to the purchaser at the time of purchase
and confirmed in the gift card document itself. Validity periods vary depending on the value and
type of gift card selected. Once the stated validity period expires, the gift card can no longer be
redeemed, and no extension or cash refund will be granted for unused value after expiry.

5.7 Gift card values may be refunded in full within 14 calendar days of purchase, to the original
purchaser’s bank account, provided the card has not been used for any service session. After this
period, or if any session has been redeemed, the gift card value is non-refundable in cash.
5.8 The recipient of a gift voucher may not exchange the voucher value for cash.

6. Subscriptions
6.1 Subscriptions represent a pre-paid package of multiple predefined services at Our Location.
6.2 Subscriptions are available in various values and must be paid for in full in advance.
6.3 Subscriptions are personal; they may be transferred on a one-time basis to a single other
person.
6.4 The validity period of each subscription is communicated to the client at the time of purchase
and confirmed in the subscription documentation. Validity periods vary depending on the value
and type of subscription selected. Sessions not used within the validity period will expire without
the right to a refund or extension.
6.5 Subscriptions may be fully refunded at the client’s request within 14 calendar days of
purchase, provided no session of the subscription has been used.
6.6 Once one or more sessions have been consumed, the subscription value may not be refunded
in cash. If the client can no longer use the remaining sessions, they may opt for:
 A personalized voucher for the remaining value, valid for the period communicated at the
time of issuance; or
 Rescheduling of sessions by mutual agreement.
The remaining value will be calculated by deducting the full (non-discounted) price of sessions
already used from the total subscription purchase price.
6.7 Clients who do not attend a scheduled session, or cancel less than 12 hours before the
appointment, will be deemed to have forfeited that session without the right to a replacement or
refund.

7. Customer Responsibilities
7.1 Mind And Body Retreat SRL does not provide sexual services or services with sexual
connotations. All massages and therapies offered — online and in-salon — are strictly
therapeutic or holistic in nature.

7.2 Any insult, harassment, or inappropriate behavior directed at our therapists or staff will not
be tolerated and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
7.3 The client agrees to pay the full cost of services received, without dispute, upon completion.
7.4 The client agrees to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment. If the client
is more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled. Any advance payment in such a
case will not be refunded, as the appointment slot and resources will have been prepared
exclusively for that client.
7.5 Each appointment involves dedicated preparation of the treatment room and scheduling of
therapist time. Late cancellations and no-shows affect other clients and result in operational
losses for the salon.
7.6 Clients who cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice or fail to appear without prior
notification will be required to make a 50% advance payment for their next booking at Our
Location.
7.7 The client agrees to communicate any suggestions, ambiguities, or dissatisfaction to
wellness@ananya.ro or directly to salon management. We value constructive feedback within the
bounds of respectful and professional conduct.

8. Promotions and Offers
8.1 All promotions on www.ananya.ro may be cancelled or modified without prior notice. For
current promotions, please visit the Offers section of the Website.
8.2 Each promotion has a stated validity period and may be subject to specific conditions, as
described on the respective campaign page.
8.3 By submitting a promotion or offer form, you confirm that you have read and accepted all
conditions stated on that campaign page.

9. Trademarks and Intellectual Property
9.1 The Mind And Body Retreat SRL brand, the Ananya Yoga and Massage name and logo, and
all official social media pages (including Facebook and Instagram) are the exclusive property of
Mind And Body Retreat SRL.
9.2 Copying, duplicating, or imitating our social media pages or online presence — under the
same or similar name, description, or graphic materials — is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Mind And Body Retreat SRL does not assume liability for data loss, account compromise,
or inability to access the Website.
10.2 Use of the Website is entirely at your own risk. No compensation of any kind may be
claimed for issues arising from Website access or use.
10.3 Mind And Body Retreat SRL does not assume responsibility for physical complications
arising from a client’s failure to fully disclose a relevant medical condition prior to treatment.
10.3.1 Please note that cupping therapy and bamboo stick massage may cause temporary small
bruises on the skin. By opting for such therapies, the client acknowledges and accepts this
outcome.
10.4 All information on this Website, including service descriptions, is provided for
informational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or
treatment. Services provided by Mind And Body Retreat SRL are not a substitute for specialist
medical care.
10.5 By using our services, you confirm that you do not use them as a substitute for specialized
medical consultation or treatment.
10.6 Under no circumstances should our services or Website content be relied upon in a medical
emergency. In the event of an emergency, contact the Romanian Emergency Service at 112.
10.7 The client agrees that all treatments are for therapeutic purposes only and must not be
undertaken if the client:
 Is on medication that may weaken bone structure, connective tissue, or increase bleeding
risk;
 Has edema resulting from chronic heart or renal failure;
 Has an active acute inflammatory condition;
 Has acute phlebitis and/or deep vein thrombosis;
 Has experienced acute trauma or recent surgery;
 Is in the first trimester of pregnancy;
 Has any other condition for which the treatment is clinically contraindicated.
10.8 Liability Exclusion — Partner Locations:
Mind And Body Retreat SRL acts exclusively as a booking facilitator for Partner Locations. To
the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mind And Body Retreat SRL assumes no liability
whatsoever for any service, act, omission, injury, loss, damage, or expense of any nature arising
from or in connection with services provided at any Partner Location — including services
booked through this Website. Each Partner Location bears sole and full responsibility for all
services it provides. Any claim arising from a Partner Location’s services must be directed
exclusively to that Partner Location.

10.9 To the extent permitted by law, neither Mind And Body Retreat SRL nor its collaborators
shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage incurred in connection
with the provision of any service.

11. Third-Party Links
11.1 Third-party links directing users to www.ananya.ro are intended to assist users in locating
services offered by Ananya Yoga and Massage and/or Partner Locations.
11.2 Links on www.ananya.ro leading to external domains not bearing the ananya.ro domain
name are not endorsed by Mind And Body Retreat SRL. We bear no responsibility for the
content or accuracy of external pages.

12. Privacy Policy and Data Protection
12.1 By using the Website, you accept the privacy policy associated with it. You are in full
control of your personal data.
12.2 To facilitate appointment scheduling, we collect your name, phone number, and email
address. By registering, you agree to the following:
12.2.1 Purpose of Data Collection: The Website collects only the following personal data:
name, email address, phone number, and appointment date/time preferences — solely for the
purpose of registering and managing appointment requests for Mind And Body Retreat SRL
services or those of our Partner Locations.
12.2.2 Legal Basis (GDPR): Processing is carried out on the basis of legitimate interest in
responding to appointment requests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and/or pre-contractual steps (Art.
6(1)(b) GDPR).
12.2.3 Data Sharing with Partners: For booking requests submitted for Partner Locations, your
name, phone number, and email address will be transmitted to the relevant Partner Location
solely for the purpose of confirming and managing your appointment. Mind And Body Retreat
SRL does not sell or share your data for any other purpose.
12.2.4 No Use for Marketing Without Consent: Your personal data will not be used for
marketing purposes (newsletters, promotions, or offers) without your explicit and separate
consent, obtained through a method distinct from the appointment process.
12.2.5 Appointment Confirmation: Submission of an appointment request does not constitute a
confirmed booking. The appointment is finalized only upon explicit confirmation by an operator
via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or telephone.

13. Photography and Promotional Use
13.1 By visiting Ananya Yoga and Massage, clients acknowledge that photographs or video
footage may be taken during their visit for use in promotional materials, social media campaigns,
and other marketing communications by Mind And Body Retreat SRL.
13.2 If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you must inform a member of staff
explicitly and in advance of your appointment. Your preference will be noted and respected. No
photographs or footage of you will be taken or used without your agreement.
13.3 Photographs and footage taken at Partner Locations are the sole responsibility of those
Partner Locations and are governed by their own policies. Mind And Body Retreat SRL bears no
responsibility for photography practices at Partner Locations.
13.4 Where photographs or video are taken with your consent, Mind And Body Retreat SRL may
use such materials on its website (ananya.ro), social media pages, printed materials, and other
promotional channels. No personal identifying information (name, contact details) will be
published alongside such materials without your separate explicit consent.
13.5 You may withdraw your consent for future use of your image at any time by contacting us
at wellness@ananya.ro. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any use made
prior to the withdrawal.
